Creasing minifoot - 413183045

Insert a crease in the seams and hems to achieve a custom finish. Cover the drawstring with fabric to get a special creasing. Transparency allows you to observe the placement of the drawstring and the exact placement of the stitches. You will be able to see the first line of stitches and adjust the position of the needle to sew next to the original line. Straight point, length 2.5.

To perform creasing with fabric:

1. Engage the cord mini-foot
2. Cut obliquely or transversely with respect to the grain enough space to cover the creasing and the seam margin.
3. Place the drawstring on the back of the fabric strip and wrap the fabric on the drawstring.
4. Place fabric and drawstring under the cord minifoot in the groove on the underside of the foot.
5. Sew. The groove guides the drawstring so that the fabric covers it evenly.

Tip: If you sew creasing on a dress or other design, adjust the position of the needle so that it can sew closer to the drawstring, to cover the first seam.

To sew creasing into a seam:

1. Engage the cord mini-foot
2. Place the drawstring along the seam line on the right of the fabric and sew in place holding the drawstring in the groove.
3. Place on top the second piece of fabric with the united right.
4. Place fabric and layers of creasing under the cord creasing minifoot in the groove on the underside of the foot. The groove will guide the drawstring during sewing.

Toothed the seam margin of the raised profile on curves and corners.
