Interchangeable double transport kit - 920219096

The double transport with two interchangeable feet has been developed to evenly advance padding and/or fabrics in several layers.

Perfect for quilts, velvet, some stretch fabrics, eco-leather and fabrics that must be matched with particular attention. Mount the new straight stitch foot and use the straight stitch with the needle in a central position for points that do not exceed length 6.

1. Disassemble the stem of the foot by unscrewing the screw that blocks it.
2. Place the double conveyor from the top rear on the machine, placing the fork above the needle clamping screw. Then screw the double transport on the foot bar with the screw that stops the stem of the foot. Reduce the pressure of the foot and bring it to 3.

3. With the foot bar in the raised position, insert the foot under the double carry.
4. Push the foot upwards so that it clicks into place.
5. To disassemble the foot, push the front side up until it comes off.

Fixing the rail

The two guides supplied with the double transport facilitate the execution of parallel rows of points, for example for the realization of cannies or folds. There is one guide for the left side and one for the right.

6. Insert the guide into the hole in the back side of the double conveyor.
7. The space between the foot and the guide can be adjusted by pulling to the left or right.
