Foot for chenille effect

Decorating with a soft chenille effect has never been easier! For beginners and experts in quilt and sewing.

1. Thread the needle and coil with sewing thread.
2. For a better effect use at least three chenille strips 16 mm wide. Place the strips in the foot. (You can also use narrower strips e.g. 10 mm)
3. Insert the chenille foot .
4. Place the fabric to be decorated under the foot and stripes
5. Select the zigzag point or zigzag three steps. Select reduced point length and point width 1.5 - 2.
6. Sew slowly. The foot will guide the stripes on the fabric to be decorated. For added stability, place the Madeira Tear Away Cotton Soft tear stabilizer under the fabric.
7. Sew the necessary strips to complete the project .
8. Wash the project cold and dry it in the dryer.

Alternative method: spray with water, rub with a brush and hard bristles to fraying the strips and dry with the hairdryer.
