Invisible hem :
1. Prepare the sewing cutter for the desired stitch.
2. Insert the foot for invisible hem.
3. Fold and iron the hem in place. Turn the hem on itself towards the obverse of the cloth. Leave 6 mm of hem exposed (follow illustration).
4. Place the hem under the foot, with the fold against the guide of the foot.
5. Loosen the screw of the guide to adjust it so that the needle only grasps the thread of the fold.
6. Drive the fabric as you sew, making sure the fold is always tight to the guide.
7. Open the cloth and gently iron the reverse.
8. Before starting the project, try on a fabric cutout.
Lace:
1. Prepare the sewing cutter for the desired stitch.
2. Insert the foot for invisible hem.
3. Place the reverse side of the lace on the obverse of the fabric.
4. Place lace and cloth under the foot, so that the fabric remains to the right of the guide. The
Top edge of the lace will be located on the left side of the guide.
5. Loosen the screw of the guide to adjust it so that the needle only grasps the top edge of the lace.
6. Drive the fabric as you sew, making sure the fold is always tight to the guide.
7. When you're done, open and flatten the lace. Fold the seam edge behind the fabric and iron.
8. If lace insertion is used, repeat on the other side of the lace.
