The industrial Juki "box feed" system has been transferred to domestic sewing machines: this system allows you to create high-quality stitches on all types of fabric.

Another exclusive Juki is the 'floating' function that allows you to sew with the presser foot slightly raised. You can adjust the amount of presser foot lift in increments of 0.1 mm up to a maximum of 2.5 mm.

This prevents wrinkles and uneven seams in the case of quilting, when sewing materials with pile or knitted fabric and in the case of the crease of jeans or where a strong difference in height is created, allows you to obtain stitches that are always regular and of the same length.

For professional results even on the most difficult materials such as silk, chiffon and the like, just slide the front lever to switch to the single needle hole and sew the lightest fabrics with perfect needle penetration: the perfection of transport and sewing of an industrial machine! The single-hole plate will not allow the fabrics to be pushed into the needle hole, and even in free-motion sewing you will be able to achieve precision and perfection. Sew with confidence, when the single needle function is set, only straight stitches can be selected. The buttonhole sensor system allows optimal feeding on any fabric.

Maximum versatility with pedal-assignable functions: With the back (heel) of the pedal you can now raise the presser foot, cut threads, reinforce the stitch or perform a single stitch by pressing on the heel side of the foot control. When you stop the sewing with the needle in the down position, the presser foot automatically raises to allow the fabric to move.

Sew corners or rotate the work with ease, when you resume sewing the presser foot automatically lowers and continues sewing. You can adjust the speed of the start and reverse point in three steps: fast, normal, and slow. For the fastening stitch at the beginning and end of the seam, you can choose two types: "reverse stitch" and "lockstitch". If you press the lockstitch button in the middle of a seam, the machine stops after sewing a loop of the same. By pressing and holding the up/down needle button, you can sew slowly.

Sew corners, stop, and start again with maximum precision. With the supplied knee brace, the presser foot can be raised and lowered, keeping the hands free up to 12mm. Threading the needle is something that sometimes a lot of time is wasted. With the DX7 Juki, simply place the thread in the guide and lower the lever and magically you can thread the needle with one hand. To fill the bobbin just wind the line a couple of turns and pass it through the guide.

You can load the bobbin at any time even while you're sewing as it's done via an independent motor, no work stoppage, and use the thread trimmer after winding. To thread the spool holder, just follow the guide and there is no need to pull up the bobbin line by hand. The LED light with 2 light points illuminates the work area evenly, avoiding shadowy areas.
