The bernette Funlock 42 is a cover stitch machine with a total of 3 cover stitches, 2.8 and 5.6 mm wide and one chain stitch.

With this machine, you can make hems, edges, and cuffs with professional stitches, giving your sewing project a perfect look.

Bernette Funlock 42 guarantees excellent results, even with very elastic fabrics and thin knitted fabrics. Threading the needles and looper hook is very easy, thanks to the separate needle threader and the looper threading mechanism. The bernette 48 is the top model of the Funlock series and is a combination of overlocker and point cover machine. It boasts a total of 23 points: 15 overlock stitches, 3 cover points, 4 combo stitches and 1 chain stitch, overlock stitches with a stitch width of up to 7 mm, cover points with stitch widths of 2.8 or 5.6 mm, and combo stitches with a stitch width of up to 10 mm. Color-coded thread paths make threading easier and the supplied manual threader makes threading needles easy. The lower crochet and the chain crochet have a mechanical threader.
